LittleMarks editorial policy
Our public guides exist to help people decide what to record and whether LittleMarks fits that need. They are not generated to fill search results.
Product accuracy
Template names and descriptions are checked against the public LittleMarks catalog. A page must not invent a built-in template, option, feature, usage count, testimonial, rating, or App Store result.
Original usefulness
Every indexable page must answer a distinct question, explain when the template is useful, and give enough context to act. Pages that only rearrange keywords or catalog fields are not published for search.
Privacy boundary
Public content may describe built-in templates. It never uses, exposes, or summarizes a person’s custom templates, markbooks, records, notes, or private iCloud data.
Health and sensitive topics
Body, cycle, mood, intimacy, and family pages receive additional review. LittleMarks is not presented as medical care, diagnosis, fertility or contraception guidance, crisis support, therapy, or a way to monitor another person.
Automation and AI assistance
Automation may help synchronize approved catalog facts or structure a draft. A human review is still required for usefulness, factual accuracy, duplication, privacy, sensitive claims, and the final decision to make a page indexable.
Corrections and updates
Catalog changes are synchronized before a release. Search-facing pages are reviewed when product behavior changes and periodically after publication. Corrections can be reported through Support.
